Privacy notice
This site exists to validate a product concept. We collect as little as possible and use it only for that research.
What we collect
- Research list: if you join, we store your email address, your answer to one question about departure friction, the campaign that brought you here (UTM parameters and referrer), and the time of your consent.
- Usage analytics: anonymous page-view and section-progression events, collected through PostHog, to understand which videos bring visitors and whether the page communicates. Form contents are never sent to analytics. PostHog sets a cookie and a matching localStorage entry in your browser to tell one visit from the next.
How we use it
- To contact you about research for this working concept - the purpose you consented to, and nothing else.
- To measure whether the concept resonates (visits, signups, per-video conversion).
What we do not do
- No selling or sharing of your data with third parties.
- No advertising or cross-site tracking.
- No marketing emails beyond the research you agreed to.
Cookies and local storage
PostHog analytics (above) sets a cookie and a localStorage entry. Cloudflare Turnstile (below) does not set a cookie in invisible mode. Internal pages used by our own team set a separate sign-in cookie and, where comments are open, a localStorage entry holding a display name and a delete token; these internal pages are excluded from analytics entirely. No cookie or local storage entry on this site is used for advertising.
Who processes this for us
Research-list rows are stored with Supabase. Confirmation emails are sent through Resend. Usage analytics are processed by PostHog on EU-based infrastructure. Each acts as a processor on our instructions and does not use your data for its own purposes.
Bot protection
The research form is checked by Cloudflare Turnstile before it reaches us. Turnstile runs silently in the background and processes no personal data beyond what its own Turnstile Privacy Addendum describes.
Your choices
You can ask at any time to see or delete what we hold about you, or to be removed from the research list. Reply to any email you receive from us, and we will handle it promptly. We keep research-list rows until you ask us to delete them or the research concludes, whichever comes first.
